A well-seasoned identity
Plaisirs Gastronomiques has established itself in less than thirty years as one of Quebec’s leaders in the high-quality ready-to-eat sector. Of course, the founders’ business vision had a great deal to do with this success, but it also took the hard work of a creative, passionate, loyal team as open to other people as they are to innovation.
The unique personality and authenticity that you taste in our products can also be enjoyed in our work environment. Whatever the job title, sector or level of experience, we respect differences, embrace diverse cultures, relish new ideas and love being stirred by mutual aid, smiles, positive attitudes and collaborative spirits.
Fostering enjoyment and a friendly atmosphere
Our craftspeople are always imagining and concocting surprising gourmet products through every step of the process. Our heritage, expertise and culinary offerings only aim at one thing: bringing people together around good, balanced dishes that they share with family, savour with friends, or relish as a couple or on their own.
At the heart of our facilities, the people of Plaisirs Gastronomiques work in a respectful, collaborative atmosphere and take tremendous pride in cooking products that Quebec families love.
A family affair
Founded in 1993 by brothers Christophe and Olivier Beauvais, who were joined in 1996 by their younger brother Jean-Philippe, Plaisirs Gastronomiques is still led by these visionaries. They have been able to cook up a successful recipe made from a lot of work, a healthy dose of compassion and social values, and a splash of creative madness that makes our products stand out. These pillars are the pride of our teams and attract people committed to sharing their passion, expertise and differences.
Because of the popularity of its products and wise acquisitions, the company has experienced sustained, controlled growth from day one. After Les Aliments Norel in 2007, the PG family welcomed Stromboli pizzas in 2012 and then the Cochonnailles artisanal charcuterie workshop in 2015.
We continue developing so harmoniously because our people are open to new ideas, cultural differences that enrich our DNA, and hardworking, autonomous, responsible and always-positive attitudes.
